Our commitment to sustainability goes beyond our solar trailers. It’s not just about creating a great product, it’s about creating a great ecosystem:
  • With 90kW of solar panels powering our manufacturing facilities, we’re invested in both now and the future of sustainability, and we continue to look for ways to prepare for and lead into the future.
  • We are an OEM manufacturer, which means less waste from packing products that are normally packaged and shipped to be assembled. We continually work with our suppliers to provide sustainable materials and use sustainable processes for production.

Sustainable Manufacturing

75% of trailer mass is comprised of materials from vendors with a commitment to sustainable manufacturing. We work with companies pursuing zero carbon initiatives and utilizing carbon offsets to reduce environmental impact.

Interior walls, counter tops, windows and doors
  • Wall manufacturer is zero waste, recycling 100% of scrap cuts.
  • Acoustic walls represent 50% of new wall covering.
  • Recycled materials for solid counter top surfaces.
  • Manufacturers of windows, doors, and steps use recycled metals and polymers.

Framing, Siding and Flooring

  • 100% recycled plastic composite using approximately 5000 plastic bottles per trailer.
  • 80% recycled metal.
  • Metal studs are 99% recycled waste.
  • 15% Vinyl Flooring
Chassis and product fabrication
  • 80% recycled steel stock using a green steel protocol with no fossil fuel production.
Plastic Tanks
  • 10% recycled composite for project injection and roto weld manufacturing, the maximum amount possible with current manufacturing processes.
